With a background as a manager in software quality assurance and delivery, and a knack for details, Rob is dedicated to ensuring clients feel confident from the very first estimate proposal. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him fishing on his boat or spending time with friends and family. Rob’s dedication and eye for detail and continuous improvement make him a valued part of our team. 

John Piotrowicz, aka JP, is a seasoned operations and sales executive with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation. With over 25 years of experience in leadership roles, he brings a proven ability to drive business development, meet ambitious goals, and lead high-performing teams in the roofing industry. 

For the past eight years, John has served as the director of operations at Peter DeSalvo Contracting, LLC, where he has been instrumental in streamlining processes, boosting efficiency, and contributing to the company’s sustained growth.  

John is a collaborative communicator who believes in building cohesive teams and implementing comprehensive business strategies to maximize results. Driven by a desire to excel, he consistently brings energy, focus, and innovation to every project.  

Linda Reilly is the controller at Peter DeSalvo Contracting, LLC, bringing over 30 years of experience in financial management and accounting. She leads all accounting operations and financial reporting, playing a key role in budgeting, internal controls, and strategic planning. Known for her leadership and dedication, Linda mentors the finance team and collaborates closely with the director of operations to drive continuous improvement. Her expertise and commitment are vital to the company’s financial integrity and ongoing success. 

Justin joined Peter DeSalvo Contracting, LLC in the summer of 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in carpentry, residential construction, and roofing. After successfully running his own contracting business, he transitioned into roofing sales, where he combines deep technical knowledge with a strong focus on customer service. Justin is passionate about helping homeowners understand their options and feel confident in their home improvement decisions. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, spending time on the lake, and relaxing with his dogs. He values hard work, honesty, and building lasting relationships through trust and quality.
