In November, 2025, I contacted Pete to come and discuss replacing my house and garage roofs. He responded right away. I let him know about the roof and gutter issues, he listened carefully. He put me at ease, fully answered all questions and explained what would happen. He came and was very helpful in choosing the absolute perfect color match of shingles. I felt so comfortable with him and knew that I, without a doubt, would use his company. His estimate came in "under" a previous company's I looked into and NO down payment was necessary. Despite a recent snow storm and cold and wind, he was able to fit me into his schedule quickly! Even though the roof had to be shoveled off and then the snow removed from the ground, the crew dug right in! They were the hardest working crew I have ever seen, they never stopped working!! They were thorough, professional and precise. They were respectful with me and my property. Clean up was awesome and my new roof looks more than amazing!!!! I would not hesitate to hire Pete again and recommend him highly for any of your roofing needs. He is an outstanding young man!

I had a very small job in Alton Bay just replacing the roof peaks on the house. It was 4 sections: The main roof, family room, garage and 3 season porch. The estimates were in line with the others that I received. The deciding factor was my rapport with Justin. The crew did a good job. It was quick work and clean up was outstanding. I just got a new roof put in by Peter and team. Peter came over to my residence quickly upon reaching out to provide an estimate, in which was priced aggressively. Peter and team were at my house within 7 days to install a new roof in which came out great. I'd use Peter again for contracting needs

My roof needed to be stripped and shingled with a couple of repair spots. Peter gave me an estimate that beat everybody else’s. Peter and his crew showed up at 7:00 in the morning and the crew left at 7:00 in the evening. After the crew was finished cleaning up all of the old roofing material and nails, my yard looked better than when they arrived. My roof is a large roof over 24 square and I was amazed it was done in one day. I would recommend these guys to everyone who needs a roof, I already have recommended them to a condo association. James is an honest and caring guy who never took advantage of my situation (unexpected tree and wind storm damage ) and gave me the best price of anyone that I interviewed . As a developer, I’ve worked with plenty of contractors over the years, and this roofing company stands out as one of the best. Their crew was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented from start to finish. They delivered on schedule, kept the jobsite clean, and the quality of the workmanship is obvious. Communication was excellent throughout, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing partner that actually delivers on their promises.

Roofing team works very hard and roof looks great. A few recommendations: 1. Supervisor stay onsite for entire job to ensure directions are followed completely. 2. Put rags in downspouts for gutters to ensure no debris or nails go into downspouts. Some downspouts go directly into a drain pipe in the ground and this can become a real issue. Not able to recover debris or nails from one of my downspouts. 3. Blow debris from roof to an area away from pools and decks. 4. Make sure to fully review the job agreement details with the customer. 5. Lay tarps in attic to catch nails and debris. Had a 6 penny nail used for the temp tether puncture an HVAC hose. 6. Always use the knee cushions to avoid boot damage to new shingles. 7. Cover deck chairs and such to avoid tar material from getting on surfaces.

Peter Desalvo was great to deal with! He did what he said he would do and went above with extra things that were needed. I can tell you that the crew that works for him were excellent. These guys are awesome. They answered my request super quickly and came out to look at the roof the next day. He was very honest about the work we did or did not need done and provided price points for multiple options. His crew knocked out the work in a few hours and the price was very competitive. I never write reviews, but we had such a great experience that I felt compelled to leave one. 10/10 will hire again if I have roofing needs in the future
