Jim Psomiades at Desalvo contracting was my project manager and he was fantastic. It's rare these days that a contractor actually follows through on what they say. When Jim said here's what we're going to do and when we're going to get the job done, that's what happened. He was super responsive and transparent. Jim and Desalvo contracting get my highest recommendation.

We just had the best experience ever with Peter and his crew. These guys were the bomb! On time , hardest working folks, every single one has a job and they get it done. Peter was a joy to work with, fair ,respectful and most if all made this whole experience easy and we would recommend him 150% to anyone looking for a job well done! Thank you!

My roof needed to be stripped and shingled with a couple of repair spots. Peter gave me an estimate that beat everybody else’s. Peter and his crew showed up at 7:00 in the morning and the crew left at 7:00 in the evening. After the crew was finished cleaning up all of the old roofing material and nails, my yard looked better than when they arrived. My roof is a large roof over 24 square and I was amazed it was done in one day. I would recommend these guys to everyone who needs a roof, I already have recommended them to a condo association. I made the right decision when I hired Peter DeSalvo Contracting. I couldn't be happier with the work the team performed in such an efficient , clean, and orderly manner. I have a beautiful new roof and gutter system thanks to James Psomiades and his crew, who did an amazing job.. James is an honest and caring guy who never took advantage of my situation (unexpected tree and wind storm damage ) and gave me the best price of anyone that I interviewed . If I hadn't hired James I would have spent needless money on work that was not even needed quoted by another company that I interviewed .Thank you James !

As a developer, I’ve worked with plenty of contractors over the years, and this roofing company stands out as one of the best. Their crew was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented from start to finish. They delivered on schedule, kept the jobsite clean, and the quality of the workmanship is obvious. Communication was excellent throughout, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing partner that actually delivers on their promises.

Roofing team works very hard and roof looks great. A few recommendations: 1. Supervisor stay onsite for entire job to ensure directions are followed completely. 2. Put rags in downspouts for gutters to ensure no debris or nails go into downspouts. Some downspouts go directly into a drain pipe in the ground and this can become a real issue. Not able to recover debris or nails from one of my downspouts. 3. Blow debris from roof to an area away from pools and decks. 4. Make sure to fully review the job agreement details with the customer. 5. Lay tarps in attic to catch nails and debris. Had a 6 penny nail used for the temp tether puncture an HVAC hose. 6. Always use the knee cushions to avoid boot damage to new shingles. 7. Cover deck chairs and such to avoid tar material from getting on surfaces.

Peter Desalvo was great to deal with! He did what he said he would do and went above with extra things that were needed. I can tell you that the crew that works for him were excellent. These guys are awesome. They answered my request super quickly and came out to look at the roof the next day. He was very honest about the work we did or did not need done and provided price points for multiple options. His crew knocked out the work in a few hours and the price was very competitive. I never write reviews, but we had such a great experience that I felt compelled to leave one. 10/10 will hire again if I have roofing needs in the future

My roof was old and had a lot of damage. I saw an ad for DeSalvo and gave them a call. I'm so glad I did. The experience was excellent. They did a fine job at a fair price. Project manager James handled every detail from quote to cleanup. He clearly knows his stuff and was pleasant to work with. Thank you, James and crew. My roof looks great!

After having three roofing companies provide an estimate I was most impressed with the time James Psomiades took to go over options, including gutters which we were also interested in having replaced. DeSalvo Contracting was NOT the least expensive of our options but we made the right decision in contracting them to take care of our roofing and gutter needs. Courteous, professional, attentive, always checking in, working us into the schedule then having to work around rain dates (which no one can control) our roof was completed easily in the timeframe we had hoped. True to their word, they provided not only what was agreed upon in our contract but I came home to discover they had re-roofed a very small shed roof (tiny but still not in the contract) because in Jame's words "I couldn't not take care of that for you too, it would have stuck out, it would have bothered me to leave it that way." That commitment to "do the right thing" as well as their skill in roofing is encouraging in this day of corporate franchises in home improvements.
